1. PRIMARY CHAMBER 21 feet DIAM. X 42 feet TALL
(Garbage enters into primary chamber by the conveyor over a perforated conic shape plate.  Recycled warm air blows under and over burning garbage. This will make a cyclone of hot air with some dust, which enters into secondary chamber from top of the primary chamber. The ash produced by burning the garbage are pushed out into concrete block manufacturing facilities. The burning is approximately 6 seconds @1800 - 2000 Deg. F. compared to 1.5 seconds @ lower temperatures in most competitive systems.

2. REFRACTORY FEED CHUTE 60" X 47" X 16' LONG.
3. WALKING FLOOR 60" X 47" X 47' LONG
4. REFRACTORY V-HEARTH
5. ASH HOUSE WITH INNER AND OUTER DOORS
6. ASH RAM, 36" W X 16" H X 26'-6" LONG
7. HYDRAULIC CONTROLS, MANUALLY OPERATED
8. OVER-FIRE BLOWER, 50HP
9. UNDER-FIRE BLOWER, 40HP
10. SECONDARY CHAMBER 21 feet DIAM. X 36 feet TALL
(The temperature at the secondary chamber reaches 1800 Deg. F. Here more ash is collected and hot air which enters into boiler house contains some dust as fly ash.)
11. REFRACTORY CROSS-OVER DUCT
12. HIGH TEMPERATURE REFRACTORY TOP
13. REFRACTORY DUCTS TO TWO BOILERS
14. BOILERS, SPACE EA, 10' W X 21' - 8" L X 12' H
15. BOILER SYSTEM INC., PUMPS AND 158 PSI
16. POWER HOUSE, TURBINE & GENERATOR
17. OUTSIDE POWERHOUSE, PRE-HEAT, CONDENSER DE-AIRATOR
18. REFRACTORY COOLING BOX, WATER SPRAY
19. CONDITIONING TOWER
(Air, which has been cooled down after passing refractory cooling box, will enter into the conditioning tower underneath.
The acidic-sulfur-dusty air will travel upward while lime is sprayed from top of the tower. This will neutralize sulfur content.
The resulting salt residue at the bottom of the tower is removed weekly.
Now air, which contains only small amounts of fly ash, will enter into baghouse from the top of the conditioning tower.)
20. LIME TANK, SODIUM BICARBONATE OR LIME
21. WATER TANK, STORAGE FOR DAILY WATER USE
22. COOLING TOWER, RADIAL FAN & MOTOR
23. COMPRESSOR HOUSE, COMPRESSOR & TANK
24. BAGHOUSE, TWO OR MORE BAGHOUSE
(Baghouse works like a vacuum cleaner but in the reverse direction. Dusts, especially metals, stick to the outside of the bags. After a while, the layer of dust will drop as fine ash. This fly ash will be refined to remove any trace quantities of metal and will be added to ash from the Primary and Secondary Chambers.)
25. I.D. FAN 75HP
(This pump creates a negative pressure and also sends back some of the hot air back to dry waste entering the gasification unit.)
26. STACK
(The temperature in the stack becomes as low as 180 Deg. F. with close to zero air emissions.)
26a. STACKLESS OPTION
(recent improvements allow us to offer a version with no stack.)
27. CONTROL ROOM
28. WASTE IS STORED IN A STEEL BUILDING
(The unloading and storage area will be at higher elevation so that garbage could be pushed to the conveyor either by loader or manually. A wide range of waste sorting and processing options are available in order to maximize the recovery of metal and other recyclables and non-combustibles.)
29. WASTE WATER STEEL TANK PARK, 14000 gallon
30. OVER-FIRE AIR MANIFOLD
